Eleven long guns, eight handguns, and six fragmentation grenades were pulled from the ground in Kalansuwa on Sunday as part of a coordinated security push across Israel. Police and Border Police officers uncovered the arsenal in an open area of the majority-Arab city in central Israel. The haul also included two stun grenades, thousands of rounds of ammunition, and three tactical vests. A police explosives expert handled the live ordnance at the scene. Two family members present during the raid were arrested and taken in for questioning. Police submitted all seized items as potential evidence. The operation was part of a larger initiative aimed at reducing violent crime in the Arab sector. The investigation remains open.

In the West Bank, the body of an Israeli resident of East Jerusalem was discovered in the Wadi Rahal area near Bethlehem on Monday. The man was in his 40s. Officers, forensic investigators, and IDF soldiers were dispatched to the scene to collect evidence. The body is expected to be transferred to the Abu Kabir Forensic Institute to determine the cause of death. Police stated that initial findings indicate the incident was criminal in nature rather than terror-related.

Separate overnight raids in Bethlehem on Sunday night resulted in the arrest of three suspects. Security forces searched the home of a Palestinian resident allegedly affiliated with Hamas. They also searched the home of another Bethlehem resident suspected of possessing weapons. A loaded hunting rifle, IDF uniforms, and various technological items were confiscated during the searches. The two suspects were transferred to the Ma'ale Adumim police station. They face charges related to carrying and possessing illegal weapons and unauthorized possession of military equipment.

In Hebron, Israeli forces arrested a man in his 30s on Sunday. He was found in possession of a hunting rifle and a large amount of ammunition. The arrest occurred during a separate search operation in the area.

Police also responded to a report in Rahat over the weekend. Officers found a man chained to the floor of a home during an operation intended to locate illegal weapons. The man's leg was shackled to the floor. Police freed him and investigated the circumstances of his confinement. Preliminary findings indicate he was chained up by family members due to his drug use. The man's brother, a Rahat resident, was arrested and taken to the Rahat police station for questioning.
